Born and raised in Marbella, Pelayo read Business Management & Finance (BSc Hons) at Richmond, The American University in London, and began his career on the derivatives desk of a boutique London hedge fund, trading US options. A native Andalusian of British heritage, Sam has lived in Marbella for thirty years and is fully bilingual. Across more than eight years in Costa del Sol real estate, much of it with leading agencies before co-founding the group, he has built a deep local network and a reputation for smoothing every stage of a purchase or sale.
